HOPE provides the only year-round overnight service center for the homeless community in Longmont while offering supportive follow-through services. Our overnight center offers showers, laundry, hot meals and storage. Our case management supports those we serve get back on their feet and into housing. We also provide year round street outreach services to connect with the individuals on our streets on a deeper level. We strive to eliminate barriers of access which keep homeless individuals on the streets, and provide life-sustaining support to individuals experiencing homelessness.
